As you might know, watermelon is one of my favorite seasonal foods. I try to work it in whenever I can. So when I was gifted a beautiful yellow watermelon at the Farmer’s Market I knew I had to make a great recipe I could share with you guys.
There are few things more refreshing on a hot summer day than juicy, perfectly ripened watermelon. Not only is watermelon delicious but it’s also super nutrient dense, packing a ton of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants into a small amount of calories.
